The Kapow Video Diaries

Kapow Comic Con, April 9th & 10th, 2011, London.

With the eyes of the comics industry fixed firmly on London, the weekend of April 9th & 10th saw the very first Kapow! Comic Con take place amid much fanfare, hyperbole and marketing. Evangelised by Mark Millar as a European equivalent to San Diego Comic Con the event had well regarded Comic Industry guests as well as Film & TV panels & stars.

Amidst all that, the liberation frequency team were there armed with cameras and microphones to bring you coverage of the event. We spoke to creators, exhibitors, cos-players and regular visitors to find out if the event was living up to the hype… and to get the bottom of a few other important questions.
