Speakers Corner: The LF Forum > Inception (spoilers)

Saw Inception yesterday at the IMAX in wimbledon. Thought it was excellent. One of the best thought out dream movies made in recent years. if not ever.

I guess the big question everybody is wondering is 'did he stay in limbo at the end?'. My answer to that is 'does it matter?' I love the ambiguity of the ending (probably because when I was studying film & tv I wrote a script with a very similar ambiguous ending).

Or perhaps the whole thing was a dream - his reality? - after all, the old black man and michael caines character both make comments that allude to that.

Mr Nolan, please don't make a sequal unless it really really really is part of the original idea to do so!

I saw it finally over Christmas. Really loved it. What a mind-screw. I have heard rumours of a sequel though so would be intrigued to see why, or where they go.

I enjoyed it. I kept expecting Gordon-Levitt's character to be revealed as something else - perhaps the person who "inceped" Mrs Dicaprio.

I meant "incepted".

Genuinelly, I thought the same too. I figured Levitt was going to reveal himself as being in love with DiCaprio's wife, etc. I dunno but I did think he was going to be a baddie in a final movie twist.
